  • Before anyone commits to sessions, it makes sense to talk. The free twenty minute conversation is a chance to understand where you are, what is getting in the way, and whether this kind of work is the right match for where you want to go.

    There is no obligation to book further sessions. No pressure. No agenda beyond working out together whether this makes sense for you right now.

  • WHAT THIS CALL IS NOT This is not a sales call. There is nothing to sign up for and no pressure to continue beyond the conversation itself. It is not a clinical assessment, and it is not a substitute for psychiatric or medical support if that is what your situation requires.

    It is a genuine conversation to establish whether this is the right place for you at this point in time.

  • WHAT WE COVER In twenty minutes we will look at what you think the problem is, when it started, and what has kept it in place. You will get an honest picture of whether the work we do here is likely to help, and what that work would actually involve.

    If it is clear that what you are dealing with would be better supported by a different kind of specialist, I will tell you that directly and point you toward the right kind of help. That conversation is not a failure. It is the most useful thing the call can do for you.

    There are no promises made about outcomes here. The work itself determines what changes. What I can offer is a structured, honest space to begin understanding your thinking more clearly.

  • WHO THIS WORKS BEST FOR This work is grounded in CBT, existential psychology, and neuroscience. It is designed for people who think deeply, find themselves stuck in patterns of thinking they cannot shift, and want to understand their thinking rather than simply manage it.

    It works alongside other forms of support, including medication and traditional therapy, rather than instead of them. Many people who come here are already receiving support elsewhere and are looking for a space to examine the deeper questions that remain unresolved.

    If you are currently experiencing acute mental health difficulties, this may not be the right moment for this kind of work. That is not a permanent door closing. Some people need more immediate or specialist support first, and there is nothing wrong with that. If that is where you are, the most important thing is getting the right help for right now. We can always talk again when the time is better.

  • THE INTAKE FORM When you book your conversation you will receive a confirmation email containing a short intake form. This takes around ten minutes to complete and helps us make the most of the time we have together. Please complete it before the call so we can focus the conversation on what matters most to you.

    Your responses are stored securely and are not shared with any third party.

  • WHAT HAPPENS NEXT The conversation takes place online via Google Meet. You will receive the link in your confirmation email along with the intake form.

    After the call, if we both feel this is the right fit, we can discuss next steps. If not, you will leave with a clearer picture of where to go from here.
