Sessions are fifty five minutes, conducted online. The work follows the Reflective Agency Model, a structured process that moves from the first signal of friction through to a clear direction grounded in what you actually value.

You do not need to arrive with anything prepared. Bring whatever is present for you at that point. The structure of the session creates the direction from there.
