Cancellation and rescheduling policy

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a session, please let me know as soon as possible. Any session rescheduled with more than 48 hours notice will be moved without charge. I will always do my best to find an alternative time that works for you.

Late cancellation

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be charged at the full session rate. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation. I appreciate that unexpected things happen and I will always consider individual circumstances, but I am unable to routinely waive late cancellation charges as the time has been reserved specifically for you.

Missed sessions

Sessions missed without any notice will be charged at the full session rate.

My cancellations

If I need to cancel or reschedule a session I will give you as much notice as possible. Any session cancelled by me will be rescheduled at no additional cost to you. If I am unable to offer a suitable alternative time the session will not be charged.

Please contact me directly by email to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made through any other channel cannot be guaranteed to be received in time.
