Us Together is operated by Gareth Sidwell, based in the United Kingdom. The service is available to clients internationally, including those based in the United States and other countries.
By engaging with this service and entering into a working relationship with Us Together, all clients regardless of location agree that the service is governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from the service or the working relationship will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
What this means for US based clients
This service is not regulated by any US federal or state authority. It is not a licensed clinical, medical, or psychiatric service under US law. Clients based in the United States engage with this service on the understanding that it operates under UK law and professional standards, and that US regulatory frameworks do not apply.
